How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Send an email to support@tokengpt.com.cn using your registered email address or another email address that can verify your identity.
2. Use the subject line: Lumina AI Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your account email, user ID if available, device operating system, subscription order number if applicable, and the statement: "I confirm that I want to delete my Lumina AI account."
4. After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable period of time.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account profile information and login identifiers.
• Deletable personal information associated with app preferences, membership status cache, and support records.
• If cloud sync or server-side editing records exist, they will be deleted or anonymized after verification.

Photos, exported images, and gallery files stored locally on a user's device are managed by the user. Deleting an account does not automatically delete local files from the device.

Data That May Be Retained

To comply with legal obligations, financial reconciliation, subscription refunds, dispute resolution, security auditing, or fraud prevention requirements, certain transaction records, billing records, support tickets, or logs may be retained for the necessary period. After the retention period ends, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized.

Processing Time

In general, we process complete and verifiable requests within 15 business days. If the request is incomplete, we may contact you by email to request additional information.
